They set up an appointment. I canceled a trip so the salesman could come and give me an estimate. Salesman calls me a day ahead mid day and wants to meet me in 5 minutes because he had 3 other customers to meet at my appointment time in OC. He did not even bother calling and trying to regain business and trust and somehow make it up and keep a potential customer.
