I took my car in for a car wash and detailing. After waiting in their waiting area, I was informed my car was ready. When I went to my car (a Toyota Prius) I noticed the main emergency light was on, I could not shift the car out of park or neutral and my display kept saying error. Warning-Interior Cleaning they damage your leather seats – I used this car wash for years. But on the last time I had the Interior Super Clean wash and the worker put a slice in my leather seat. When the Owner/Manager; Rod Mentell, saw it he tried to repair it with silicone, but will NOT fix it correctly. So word of warning. They are NOT careful and they do Not stand behind their service.
