Requested to purchase a membership and was charged for a one time only car wash I did find it weird there because they did not provided with a sticker or barcode and the staff said “they don’t do stickers anymore” now im thinking she messed up and didn’t want to do anything about it now that I went for a carwash again they told all that is wrong. Ugh so upset of people like her not coming up front for her mistakes
Has asked employees there to rinse car before going in.and they hesitate and ignore people going in. scratches cars without wetting before scrubbing

Sprayers not working. They sent my car in with the wraps on and the water and soap off.
