I trusted this firm based on numerous conversations and emails with their staff, but I ended up with thousands of dollars’ worth of damage to my vehicle and the company refuses to take responsibility, despite it happening while it was in their possession. I had a frustrating experience with Mr. Car Shipper due to extremely poor communication around the drop-off of my vehicle. The delivery time changed repeatedly over the course of the morning—initially scheduled for 6:00 a.m., then pushed to between 8 and 9, then to 10:30, then 11:00, 11:17, and finally 11:30.
