My experience with Mr. Car is short of delightful. Not so much as to the salesman, Mr. Bill Turner, was helpful and nice. We came here from Jacksonville FL. A 5 hour trip because we had already worked numbers and agreed on them, we proceeded to even put insurance on the vehicle at the request of the salesman. We were just supposed to sign papers, pick up the car and go back home. Instead the dealer owner/manager decided to change numbers as we sat at his office to sign.
