Response to Nader M. We are in the refrigeration service business and have a great reputation of quick response times. We also offer 24 hour 365 days a year emergency after hour service. Our normal working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Our emergency rates are higher. It is up to the customer to determine there specific needs, if they need after hour service or can wait and have service during regular business hours.
Total rip off , be aware of their scam,( after hours charge) , thy would send their technician late so thy can get you for after hours rates (over time pay ). called the manger , he didn't care "oh well " will never do business with MR C .
