Many issues. Television, refrigerator , shower. Nothing done to help. Was told nothing could be done. Was also told, no managers available. Do not waste your money.
Wonderful room comfortable bed very nice bathroom/shower. Excellent staff very friendly and professional and the location is great.
Loved the hotel. Rooms were kept clean, staff were very welcoming and friendly, and service was great. So far this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at close to the Financial District yet in a nice quite area.
Absolutely loved this place. Gorgeous hotel in a wonderful, quiet location - lots of nice little restaurants around. Rooms are very comfy and well-appointed. Nice views of the river. The staff is exceptional. so so friendly and helpful, offered a late check-out and bag stowage. Every time we came and went they greeted us. Really, an exceptional hotel experience. Next time in NY I'm staying here again. So welcoming.
