HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER. I spoke with the manager explaining to him what I needed to extended a gate in my backyard and kept asking me what I needed when I had already explained to him multiple times that I needed X amount of posts and X amount of panels. Then even after I explained myself he wanted me to draw a picture of the gate we were going to extend which I found unnecessary. Adam and Dexter were very helpful in locating and ordering a gate lock I had been trying to find for several months. They were able to get it and it was the correct one.
Fantastic source for vinyl fencing and railings. The owner is a great guy with a great team.
