3.9 is over rated for Mr. B'S RV service as I called on Tuesday set up Thursday to have someone come fix some things on my new camper... .I got a text message from the tech at 936am saying if I was ready he was on his way. 11am I asked his ETA . I call the Mr. B'S phone number and the lady said to me we'll ma'am he tried calling you and you didn't answer so he moved on. I asked her if I called. These people do not care about customer service period. Hired them to repair my refrigerator and I didn't turn out to be a good choice. They ended up scratching the 3 of the 4 doors on the refrigerator. Left me the mess to clean up and broke the propane line tied to the refrigerator. The did repair the propane line and the refrigerator for $1,700 plus. However, they assured me that the boss would be contacting me about the scratched refrigerator doors for compensation but that has not happened, nor do I believe that it will.... read more
