I wasn't too sure which water heater i needed for my rv. I looked around online and saw several which would match my rv.. but not knowing all the specs I called up Mr. B's they found the heater i needed, for the unit they charged me 1040 dollars and for the service call $180.. well once I got the unit I looked up the unit model which was $440 dollars.. a shame that they mark up their prices over %100 . No such thing as good honest businesses anymore.
Great customer service! The tech came out right away and got my camper fixed up quickly. Highly recommend!!
Have called several times for service. Tech himself seems to be a good guy, but the lady in the office rude as all hell. Called late last week to get an emergency grey tank repair. Scheduled for Wed. At 2pm on Wed I call and I am told noone can come out. I ask why noone let me know that they were cancelling appointment. I was told well he ( the tech) just left for the day. Being that they close at 4, I suspect noone was going to bother to let me know they were cancelling. I took the day off to wait and now I still dont have ... read more
It would be a great place to open up a RV repair place. Water heater went out on my camper on a Wed 3 weeks ago, they said it would be sometime the following week. I got someone else and they just called me to come out tomorrow, that was 3 weeks ago, bet they wouldn’t have went without hot water for 3 weeks. What a joke this place is.
