Disappointed, I’ve gone to this parlor for over 15 years. I recently sent an email asking to have one of their artists to reach out to me about adding to work they had already done and a new piece. I received a response within 4 hours asking me to send pictures of what I needed. I sent ask information with pictures. I waited, I waited, I waited. After 72 hours no response.
