The folks at Mr. B's are just simply amazing. They are quick to return calls, and are even quicker to get you on the schedule. We recently had a coil replaced, and the service before and after have been nothing less than stellar. I called at 0730 Thursday morning to see about a unit cleaning and system test on my 25 year old packaged unit that has been neglected for the past 3 years.
