Will not service moms with young toddlers or infants without face coverings. This includes infants not yet walking. Poor customer service. Wouldn't even ask us what we needed or offer to service us at the door so our babies could be outside since they didnt have face coverings. We just needed flat tires fixed which would have been quick and easy. Took my business to Sonoran Cycle in downtown and I was out within 5 mins.

Took our 2 1/2 year old grandson's tire for repair. Paid over $30 for a new tube, and sealant for both tires. Within a month, with a 2 1/2 year old not exactly racking up any significant mileage (more like yardage), the tire is flat again. "Normal wear and tear" required another $20 for another new tube. Perhaps if you had fixed it right in the first place, we wouldn't have had to make another trip. I guess we looked like gullible tourists with 'sucker's written on our foreheads. 😡 No reason for any loyalty here.
Rented an awesome bike from these guys and they were so nice and helpful! Even let me use their tools to tighten my skate board trucks and gave me a ride to the proper Mr. Bs location to rent a bike when i showed up at the wrong shop!!

Shorty helped me today with my bike. He was so helpful and helped me get me and my bike back on the road today. Service is above par! He definitely went above and beyond with customer service!
I purchased a Trek Navigator from Michael in 2016. In the three years I have cycled 4500 miles on the farm-canal and secondary roads while wintering in Yuma. Michael and Ezekiel run one of the best bike shops and I would rate their service department # one of any bike 🚲 shop I’ve dealt with. I got a 21 speed Townie two weeks ago and it rocks. Put together for me with a couple upgrades to suit my preferences (handlebars, seat, pedals). Very smooth and comfy ride. I love it. People have asked me about it, I told 'em "go get one". Thank you guys!
