Talked about everything but my issues. I have never known modern medicine to go back to gypsy speak but here with this guy he did. Missed that I had trauma to my member. Had to go to suma urology and they old doctor there found the issue after doctoring a year at Cleveland clinic. Unbelievable
He was very blunt and direct, which to some extent I appreciate, but also came off very very rude. I wasn’t done talking to him and he just walked out of the office as I was talking to him about personal information why the door was wide open. I didn’t appreciate that. It’s OK to be blunt, but you need to draw the line between being blunt to somebody and being rude to somebody, I said something to one of the staff or nurses, right as you walk out the door wearing a pink like uniformand she just laughed. My husband made an appointment with Dr. Mooney, and upon entering the office, the nurse was quite rude. We were the last appointment of the day and the doctor was running behind. The nurse made several comments to us that it was a Friday and she’d had it with patients that day (her words) and that we were delaying the start of her weekend plans. Terrible experience with this guy. Never even bothered to come in the room to see me for my appointment. He relayed through his nurse that he would not see me and I need to go to the ER for a kidney stone I could not pass. After waiting 4 hours in the ER for them to tell me he was wrong and I shouldn't have been sent there, they released me. I went to a real urologist a week later to find out the stone was passed and Mooney was wrong. It's hard to diagnose someone if you don't see them or talk to them. This guy is terrible a... read more
