I went in looking for a certain tunic, although they did not have it, Walter made sure that I would have the shirt. He met with the brand representative and had another shirt made for me! Mr. Boots is such a great company that truly cares about their customers!
We purchased a pair of Justin cowboy boots from David today for the hubby. Great store and experience overall. No pressure sale and kind people who were knowledgeable and accommodating without being condescending.

Always excellent customer service and great selection. Have a wedding coming up soon and they didn't have all the sizes in stock but were on order they were kind enough to hold all the ones I needed. Things like that make it another great reason to shop local and support the business that care of their customers
