Natalie with MR. Blind Repair has canceled our service call on two different occasions with little notice. She was arrogant in her email to me, and represented the company in a very very poor manner. We recently moved into our house and the extended vertical blinds out to the patio did not slide on their tracks well. Jim did an amazing job not only repairing the mechanism but also replaced the discolored plastic on the valances. By the time he left, the blinds looked beautiful and worked easily. He gave us valuable tips on blind maintenance and care, and with his help, I expect ours to last many more years. He is meticulous, does a great work, and is reasonably priced.
