Have used Mr Bills for several projects/repairs, both complex and minor, at our home now for the last few years. They do very good work at fair price and have always been honest in diagnosis and options for repair. We will continue to use them in future if/when a plumber is needed

First and last time to ever use Mr. Bills. My pilot light went out on my water heater. Mr. Bills came out to look at it. The guy wasn’t able to get it restarted, he said I needed a new gas valve/ignition switch. Both parts had to be ordered and was going to be without hot water for about 4-5 days as it was the weekend. I was charged almost $300.00. I called a different plumber, he came out and started the water heater right up.. said there is nothing wrong with my water heater, he didn’t even charge me.
