Receptionist Bronte is amazing - Surgeon is not. Been going to Jeffcote for years. Was not taken seriously when first presenting with a bad case of knee pain, inflammation and grinding, because I was 16, completed a surgery and full year recovery only to have the pain worsen, the surgery ended up being “not aggressive enough” to solve the issue. Dr Jeffcote and his staff were amazing. i tore my achilles on a tuesday night. i managed to get an appointment the next week. we discussed best way to heal was through surgery as it was pretty much a full rupture. surgery was a week later from the consult and the injury turned out to be more complex but he worked his magic and it was fixed my recovery has been progressing along very nicely overall i couldnt recommend Dr Jeffcote any more. thank you
Had knee operation 11 years ago and he said he fixed it but after all this time it popped out again need more operation hopefully this doctor I have now can fix it right ps I was Michelle Devenish back then if u dont remember my name.
Mr Jeffcote recently performed my total right knee replacement.
