They’re not that good
While my spanish is poor, and the wonderful lady who cut my hair did not speak much English, I got a wonderful hair cut and trim on my beard. She made me look and feel good, they even gave me a bottle of water as I left. For a Saturday night haircut I was stoked.
I should have left when the lady that initially greeted me started translating what I wanted to some other guy. I just wanted a light scissor trim around the sides and back, and wanted keep some of my length. "Mostly scissors?" I was asked and I said "yes". About halfway into my cut, the guy grabbed clippers and started shaving my head. It was too late for me to do anything because he started in the back and by the time I noticed it was too late.
