Changed my nissan transmission, Very nice and helpful people, fair price great service
Took my car here to get a quote on my secondary battery as it needs to get replaced and she was able to give me a quote on the labor but wasn’t willing to call Mercedes to find out how much the actual battery would cost. Poor service. I shouldn’t be the one asking you to call and find out. Drove here based on good reviews but unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations. Reply: You did not tell me anything about calling Mercedes to find out, you cut the conversation off there and I just walked out.
