I have a chip in my windshield. I had Mr. Autoglass come and assess the damage. There are 2 impact points so a repair isn't an option. But since it isn't obstructing my view they said to keep an eye on it in case it gets worse. Super honest and reliable. I would highly recommend them!
I had a rock chip in my windshield. Called and they came out but the chip was not fixed well. My main complaint is that they scratched my windshield in the process. I called customer service and they promised they'd get back to me on Monday. No call. Now I have a very visible chip and scratched glass. Customer service needs to follow through on what they say they'll do.
Many many years of great service from this family owned business. No gimmicks, hand me downs, or messes. And the calibrate the cameras on the spot so I don’t have to interact with the dealer and their crazy prices. They also get me new parts for the AZ sun baked crumbling plastic.
They recently replaced my trucks windshield and couldn’t be any happier! I had a previous glass replacement from a different company and didn’t do the original Mopar and these guys did without asking!! They were on time, clean and a quick job. Thank you, looking forward to getting your services in the future.
