I entrusted my car to Auto Flex for a simple clutch repair but what ensued was a complete disaster. Not only did they fail to fix the issue promptly, but their incompetence caused my car to start off unexpectedly, creating a dangerous situation on the road. The lack of communication and professionalism was appalling, leaving me stranded and frustrated. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Auto Flex for any car repairs. Mechanic ,Allan is the worst mechanic ever encountered in my entire life .
Had Mr Autofix out today to fix 2 of our broken cars. He diagnosed 1 for us as a simple repair we can do. He also got our Jeep running which hasn't run in 6 months. Very knowledgeable, prompt, honest and can't fault his service. Thankyou once again for your great service and repair!
