I initially went because of the great reviews. When I arrived, the owner was incredibly friendly and even more enthusiastic about explaining everything. He reminded me of details I might have missed and thoroughly explained the advantages of each car. All the cars here seemed so well-maintained that it felt like all I had to do was pick a model. Purchased a replacement commuter that appeared incredibly solid. Advertising wasn’t accurate though. “ -Clean title and Carfax history - 2 Owners and 27 service records -New valve covers and spark plugs -Backup camera -Heated seats -Very clean inside and out -Runs and drives extremely well” Did not have a backup camera Did not have heated seats. I bought my first car from M&R and feel so grateful for my positive experience. I was alone and initially intimidated by the whole process, until I saw that the owner truly cared about my safety and peace of mind. He was honest and patient with me every step of the way. He even helped coordinate a third-party inspection by a trusted mechanic and stayed open outside of business hours to complete the purchase. I love my new-to-me Subaru! Thank you, M&R!
