I have been trying three days in a row to get Auto Insurence. I had a gentleman day number one who answered the phone and he will probably answer when anyone calls because there’s only a few working there. However, he’s going over my quote and he is stating that I am trying to commit fraud by excluding my 21 year-old son, my son is autistic so I found this very odd and rude and I never excluded him off anything he starts yelling at me I record this conversation.
