BEWARE of what you are signing with these crooks. They DID NOT properly explain to me what I was signing and are now suing my insurance company (on my behalf) - which is apparently perfectly legal although certainly ethically questionable. The language is designed to be misleading as they claim it allows them to handle the claim so you don't have to (convenient, right?). I just had a representative of Mr Auto Glass come to my door, and state that someone had noticed a break in my windshield while in passing, and wondered if I wanted to get it fixed. There is no break in my windshield, but he walked over to my car in the driveway and looked for defects anyway. I asked him how anyone "noticed" a break since my car is always parked well off the street, and did that mean someone was up in my yard inspecting my vehicle. He had no answer for that. Professional first class service. Appt was scheduled promptly. Technician called 24hours prior to confirm. Technician was promptly there at 8:00 am as promised. Windshield professionally installed and car was very clean!! Totally satisfied customer!!
