Great store! With awesome customer service and employees. Quality products and animals that have always done great for me. Living in Midland Tx, 2 hrs away from the store they are always mindful to package the fish and still honor a guarantee if we loose any. I wish I was closer as I would be a frequent visitor just to look at the stunning display tanks and the high quality healthy animals. Even if ya don't have tanks yourself this place is the next best thing to visiting an aquarium in west Tx! Highly recommended by myself ... read more
I am very happy with Mr Aquarium im new to saltwater and the young man helped answer my questions let me pick his brain help me on my sand and live rock overall great experience.
Went to Mr Aquarium on a Saturday afternoon where there are at least 4 or 5 associates standing around and no other customers except me and my husband. Not a single associate spoke to either one of us. We left with a very upset 3 year old because we walked out without buying him any fish. Very disappointed!!!!!

Have shopped here numerous times and always had helpful staff. Just today I went in and had to chase the staff around trying to get information on and help with purchasing a large tank and other amounts of product and they didn't pay me no mind. I was clearly interested and ready to spend a couple thousand here and they let me walk out without a second thought of making a sell. Made a long distance trip for nothing, I will take my future business elsewhere. They get 2 stars because of past experiences that were tolerable.
