This was one of the most unprofessional customer interactions I’ve ever had. After canceling an appliance purchase, the merchant attempted to charge a $25 cancellation fee. I calmly asked him to show me where that fee was disclosed in writing. He flatly refused. Each time I asked for documentation, he interrupted, talked over me, and escalated emotionally instead of answering a basic question. I've purchased a few used refrigerators in my day for my rental properties. I had this company deliver 2 different refrigerator to my property and they broke down in a month. Buyers beware of this company I believe the positive reviews are fake.
Road was real helpful, and patient. She also introduced me to a new financing hub called snap! I was approved for wayyyy more than her appliance cost! Forever grateful!
