Today was the first time that I used them... They came earlier than expected.( 9:30 am).. Which was great. Found the problem quickly... Returned @4:00pm or so, took 10mins. To put the new piece on... Washing machine is working.. What I didn't like is that you're charged $65.00 to come out, the piece cost $ 54.50 ( give or take a few cents) equals $119.50... I was charged $120.00 for 10 mins of work!!!!! C'mon man....$ 239.03 is what I paid!! That crazy.... Or am I wrong??? Disappointing after finding out how much extra I pai... read more
