We have used Mr. Appliance for our dishwasher and washer repair. We were very pleased with their work.
We have used Mr. Appliance countless times (2 refrigerators, freestanding ice maker, 2 dishwashers, washing machine, and 2 separate issues with an old dryer that I can recall) and have always been happy. They are kind, honest, knowledgeable, and will make every effort to fix your appliance no matter how many trips it takes. I can’t say enough good things. They are my first call no matter the appliance or brand.
I was incredibly impressed with their service. I received a photo of the technician beforehand, and a courtesy text that let me know he was enroute to my home. The technician was wonderful. My teenage son is autistic and his favorite thing is learning about appliance repair. Aaron, the tech, let my son assist him with the repair, and my son was in 7th heaven.
