Technician also called to give me a heads-up that he would be arriving at the end of the service window and would stay until the repair was completed.

I do not recommend Mr Appliance of Mansfield at all. Call GUINCO, they have competent repairmen who show up at the time you are given. I made a service call, but the repair guy showed up over half an hour early, consequently he had come and GONE before I was even home. He did absolutely nothing, collected nearly a hundred bucks and left. I have ZERO confidence in Mr Appliance of Mansfield to diagnose and fix a problem. Office staff is awful. When you make an appointment online, they wait till the next day to tell you it will be over a week till they can get to your home. After you have already taken off work to make sure your home all day. Office manager does not care. You are not a customer your a paycheck to them. The techs might be amazing but I wouldn’t know...
