Mark did a great job of fixing our oven! Was punctual and explained everything. He was very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend this company to others.
Our Cafe induction cooktop unit went out of warranty the month prior and GE was not honoring the request for repair. Mr. Appliance investigated, repaired and provided a narrative write-up to help us present our case that this was a manufacturers defect case. Mr. Appliance communicates clearly and is easy to schedule. They are now our go to phone call for appliance issues.
Great service! Mark fixed my 28-year old garage refrigerator that had been leaking water onto the floor, due to ice build up in the freezer side. He ordered the part, a defrost heater, installed it, and it works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company. Also, very reasonably priced.
Came and found the problem with my dryer and got part and back to fix it. All done Avery nice guy
