Very efficient, very friendly.
They came out after scheduling. They knew the issue was internal and didn't check the internal part issue. Told my wife the duct must be clogged. Got it cleaned and the dryer is still having issues. I spent 200 for someone to tell me nothing is wrong with my dryer.
I wish I'd gone with someone else, I paid over $500 to have a drier vent rehooked up and for them tell me it would cost another $520 to replace the motor on the washer. Then they said they couldn't be sure it would work. Yikes!
I had a very good experience. Technician came when expected, was very clear, and fixed the problem.
