If we could give a 0 rating, we would. The technician arrived approximately one hour late with no notification, despite two prior text messages confirming an arrival time that was not met. During the visit, no diagnostic or repair work was performed. The technician was on site for roughly 15 minutes and did not use any tools or testing equipment (such as a multimeter or circuit tester), nor did he inspect the appliance internally.
