Carlos arrived on time with a smile. He was friendly and efficient. He addressed all of my concerns with great interest and was very thorough. I would definately call on Mr. Appliance again.
I had an excellent experience with Mr. Appliance today! My dishwasher stopped working. I called yesterday and they fit me in for a service call this morning which I was so grateful for. Michael, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem, HAD THE REPLACEMENT PART ON HIS TRUCK, and quickly and efficiently got my dishwasher up and going, just in time for the weekend! Michael was polite, respectful and friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.
Carlos the tech was so courteous and respectful He worked very hard to accommodate our request, however in the end we had to decide on purchasing a new washer. I would highly reccomend this business, it was refreshing to be always in the loop knowing what time window to expect them and to be notified when they were on the way. Keep doing what you are doing!
Carlos is efficient, informative and very pleasant. I'd happily have him back for repairs.
