We can’t say enough good things about Carlos. He is efficient, and explained our situation thoroughly. He was pleasant and friendly and gave us complete instructions on what to do in the future. He is very competent and does a great job!
Carlos did a great job. Very efficient and knowledgeable.
Excellent service; technician Carlos was professional, attentive and respectful in our home. 4/5 stars only because I was under the impression the company also provided replacement appliances if required after diagnostic services and, unfortunately, that is not the case. Would recommend for service (solely) in the future.
