Our freezer went out two days ago. I called Mr Appliance and within four hours Ryan showed up, diagnosed the problem and said will call you when the parts get in. That was yesterday. Got a phone call this morning. Parts were in and freezer was repaired before 1 o’clock today. Amazing amazing Customer Service.
