The survey I received from Mr. appliance was excellent. A part of my icemaker was broken by the end of the second day, I was notified the part was in and they would be out the following day. The technician max, was a very polite an experienced in my appliance. I would definitely recommend them to all. Thank you Elizabeth Bagwell.
I had a brand new Wolf microwave installed in April of 2025. Right from the start the microwave would not heat. Mr Appliance was sent out to do the warranty repairs and get the microwave working. Their tech Maybe arrived as scheduled to diagnose the problem, we were told that the door switches were not engaging and that is why the microwave would not heat, Maybe stated that he would order two new door switches and a hinge to make sure the hinge was not the problem.
