I feel like I was fleeced. They told me nothing that I didn't know through chat gpt. (AI) except the cost of the repair... Which was quoted $400 more than the price of the machine brand new. So I ended up paying the diagnostic fee which is more than I really wanted to pay for a repair. I was also told I would get a two hour window when to expect them, nope. It was a five minute warning that they were on there way. It was just a good thing I was home. Overall I regret calling them.
