I 10/10 recommend Mr.Appliance of Sanford. Our technician was on time, professional, quick, and efficient. He was knowledgeable about the washing machine and was able to repair it instead of having to change out a part. I would’ve spend hours trying to do what he did in 30 minutes.

Requested Mr.Appliance to come out to give a quote to repair my LG refrigerator the Monday before Thanksgiving. My fridge stopped cooling. The earliest they could come was Wednesday. The tech came out to tell me I needed my compressor replaced. I called LG, because it was still under warranty. Part came in the next week. Tech’s earliest availability was the next week. We paid $435 for drain pump replacement only to have another error code come up 2 weeks later. We were told they would be able to come out after 3:30, then got a text the night before that they would be out between 12-2, requiring us to take off work. The technician was knowledgeable and very polite. The washer worked for a few loads before another error code came up. By the time we pay for them to come look at it again, we could have bought a new washer, which is what we ended up doing.
