Abdel was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable! He came out to look at our oven the same day I called. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and showed me exactly what the problem was. Although, we didn't opt to pay to repair it, he was patient with my questions. I will absolutely call Abdel with any future appliance issues!
