We paid the $140 Assessment fee for them to come out to check our dryer. The issue was a clogged dryer vent which they can not do but referred someone who could and told us we would receive a refund. We contacted them after a short period of not hearing anything back, but no one answered and we left a message. No one has called us back. Unless you're sure you need a repair I wouldn't use this company because you may be out the 140 dollar Assessment fee.

Mr. Appliance of Sanford did an excellent job at repairing my stove. The big eye on the stove had burned out. When my husband reached out for service, they responded in a timely manner. They offered to give a diagnostic and if we proceeded with getting the stove fix, they waved the fee and we would have to pay for the service to get it fixed. So we went ahead and got the stove fixed and we were able to split the payment since the part needed to be ordered. All in all, services were rendered and we are happy with the work tha... read more

I can’t say enough good things about Abdel from Mr. Appliance Repair! My refrigerator stopped working properly, and Abdel came out to take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired so efficiently. I was honestly impressed by how knowledgeable and professional he was.
