I really wasn’t going to give this company one star but it’s the only way I could leave a review. Scheduled an appointment last week online, the response was there would be a technician here between 8 AM and 12 PM. There’s been no verbal communication between us and this company. It is after 12 and no one is here, The only option is leaving a voicemail or texting. If you want a more personal experience and the ability to speak to a technician verbally, I would definitely try a different company!
