In my opinion one needs to be wary if they choose to use Mr. Appliance, Fairfax, VA for appliance repair work. I found Mr. Appliance staff unreliable and inefficient in completing my work. I also noted a lack of professionalism and respect for me, the customer, from the company Manager, Greg. The people who answer the phone are great. Their process in providing service sucks! Make sure you know about the two-step, where they send out an incompetent fool to diagnose the probelm for $109 and then you have to wait until a more senior technician is available. Do not use this company!
The service (leveling of my washer) was done In March 2020 and the issue came back, but the company would not send a technician to fix the problem even though the service is still in warranty ( it's good for a year). They're willing to come out for additional $125 but would not commit to their own agreement. I do not recommend Mr. Appliance of Northern Virginia because they are not professional and wont stick to their own warranty rules.
