I have been trying to call this company for a week because I was overcharged. Their policy is that if the customer decides not to get the repairs done, they are only responsible for the diagnostic fee. I was charged half of the repair cost but the repairs were not done. Every time I call, the call gets routed to an answering service to someone who's not even in the state of Kentucky.
