The technician was very knowledgeable. He had to order the parts but it only took a day and my washing machine was running like new
Very professional, timely responses and fast action. After being on hold with LG for hours to fix the issue, calling Mr. Appliance and getting a person to talk right away was great. They also scheduled the earliest possible appointment and fixed my washer sooner than LG responded to any of my queries via chat.
Damion was awesome I will be calling Mr appliance and requesting him for any appliance repairs in the future!!
Damon was so helpful, efficient and followed up on everything he did for us. He is our official go to for any future appliance repairs we have. The office support was excellent in communication as well. Highly recommend !
