Mr. Appliance was great. Service was very timely and work was completed on time and as scheduled. Anjel was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I would have no problem recommending Mr. Appliance to my family and any of my friends. Our work was completed under our extended warranty policy purchased with our appliances rom Lowe's and as such can't comment on pricing. However, the work was completed on schedule and issues were solved. Thanks
Mr Appliance was selected by my warranty company to service my dishwasher. The repairman was nice but didn't seem to know much about how to do the repair, just reading from a checklist. He came back twice, never fixed the problem, then they sent it back to the warranty company to get another company to complete it. I've asked multiple times for an explanation and never could get one or a call back. What a waste of time and almost three weeks without a dishwasher.
