Terrible experience. The guy showed up an hour early (without calling first) while I was in the shower. He left. I called the company and said wth, so they sent him back. I saw him pull into my driveway and it looked like he was catching up on some paperwork in his van. So I waited patiently ten minutes for him to come to the door and knock or ring the bell, but he didn’t and when I looked outside he was gone. Excellent attention to detail in explaining the problem and the solution necessary to repair our refrigerator. Honest and professional service. Easy to reach and kept us informed of arrival time. They even send a photo and name of the technician they are sending.
Mr. appliance , Damon worked steadily on every aspect of repair to my old Kenmore dishwasher. Part in looks great always respectful. Thank you good job . No more dishes for me. Sue Juhola
