Heres a little advise, when someone calls on the phone looking to give you business, have someone there to answer their questions. This is one of my worst experience dealing with a company here in Florida which is to say a lot and on top of everything Mr A. head office doesn't care about the independently owned branches it seems. I totally regret using them so much that if I ever win an Oscar my speech would be about how crappy you guys are.
I had a problem with my wall oven and I called mr appliance. They were very professional and knowledgeable about my oven even though it is very old. Ivan the technician diagnosed the problem and gave us a call quote to repair it but for us it was more feasible to replace due to the age of our oven. All ended well and I cant say enough about this company. It was such a pleasure to have a professional technician and a friendly staff to deal with.
