Came when they said the would. Technician was very friendly. Overall a good hassle free experience.
The technician, Tysen, was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with.
The team from Mr. appliance were prompt, professional, and courteous. They completed the job quickly and to my satisfaction.
Very Professional
Initial misdiagnosed of dryer issue resulted in multiple visits, ordered parts not needed, and a 100% overcharge. In fairness, the overcharge was refunded, but the inconvenience of five visits to repair a non-heating dryer was a bit much. The faulty part was actually an inexpensive fuse/thermo safety trip. Not the best, but okay in terms of customer service.
