We purchased a beautiful home with a newly remodeled kitchen and a brand-new KitchenAid double oven—unused and pristine. We called Mr. Appliance when it began showing intermittent error codes to address the issue before it escalated. After three visits, our once operable oven is now completely BROKEN!
