I contacted Mr. Appliance a few days ago to ask for assistance for a non-working dryer. The technician came the very next morning, on time, his name is Dave. He detected the problem and advised he needed to order a new part. Luckily, the office obtained the new part quickly and he returned two days later to install the part, again, on time. I totally love it that I got a picture of Dave before his arrival, text and emails saying when he would arrive and he worked quietly, and cleaned up. While I turned down the repair for my Samsung refrigerator due to the cost ($800) Dave was on time, called when on his way and diagnosed issue within an hour. I paid the $169 diagnostic fee and now know I need to save up for a new one.
