Sherman did a great job and was quick about it. if you need an appliance repaired they do a great job.
Mr. Appliance was professional, efficient and had many ways to figure out the problem. Would definitely recommend him for washer repair.
This was the third time we have used Mr Appliance to repair our appliances since we moved here in 2019. John has been our technician on each call and is amazing. He is always on time, we get a text when he's on his way, he's very professional and very customer focused. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mr Appliance again should the need arise.
Bad deal! Apparently they outsourced us to another business via text message who doesn't accept calls that way. It took us two and a half weeks before we could get someone to come fix our freezer .
