John was great and very positive Customer service at its best .
Over the last 8 Months, Serviceman Sherman was very diligent and thorough in his attention to repairing ice maker and microwave. He was very informative and professional throughout the process including dealing with the multiple delays for parts resulting in multiple trips. Highly recommend his services.
On June 22nd I placed a service call through my warranty company 2-10 on my dishwasher and they assigned the service to Mr. Appliance in Leland, NC (which was Oak Island's assignment.) Mr. Appliance per 2-10 was to contact me, the customer within 24 hours...never did hear anything from Mr. Appliance. Then on the 25th I initiate a call to Mr. Appliance, which AI tells me to leave a message, which I did and to go to their website and schedule a service call...which I did...and it was scheduled for JULY 3rd...NEVER heard back, ... read more
