The technician was on time and was able to fix the problem at less cost than he at first estimated. We're renting and let him know that if repair was more than $250, the landlord would simply replace the unit. He right away let us know that usually it'll be a bit more than that, just because of his labor rates, which I apprecaited. In the end, he did it for far less, as it turned out to be less severe than it seemed at first. Can totally recommend!
Jerry found the problem immediately and even explained the issue to me and how he found the problem! He was honest and didn’t try to upsell me on any products. When he came to fix my washer he was quick and cleaned up after he was done!

I'm giving this place 5 stars, highly deserved on account of my experience with them (i.e. Jerry Najera was my Technician), Jerry was extremely polite and helpful, seemingly a young person with moderate experience. Jerry was able to quickly diagnose the problem, he had a viable part on the truck and was able to repair the washing machine replacing the pump within an hour for what I considered to be a great price.
