Jerry was very knowledgeable and honest. He diagnosed what was wrong with my KitchenAid dishwasher and fixed it quickly.
The technician, Henry, diagnosed the problem right away, and came back to fix the oven as soon as the parts came in. This is a very trustworthy organization, and I would definitely use them again.
Jerry did a wonderful job trouble shooting and fixing our dryer.

They charge a LOT MORE than others! I needed a fridge repaired and got a quote from Mr. Appliance for $428. Two parts were needed that cost about $100 and about 30 minutes of work. Another company quoted me $275 for the same job. That's over 50% more than their competition! They say they have a good warranty but so do the other appliance repair places, and my experience is that the others do just as good of a job.
