Jerry N. Was fantastic! He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my washing machine and then gave me appliance tips based on my machines as to what to look for in the future to save myself huge $ and headaches. He was fast, friendly and unbelievably knowledgeable. This company does not upsell and quickly solved by problem for a very fair price! Thank you Jerry, thank you Mr Appliance!! Just called Mr Appliance again for a broken dishwasher and Jerry did a beautiful job again. So impressed with him and this company!
Overall, I had a great experience. Scheduling was easy and the appointment was for the next day. The part was in stock and it was installed the next day. Garrison, the technician, was quick, efficient and friendly.

Jerry was an amazing repairman. He arrived and immediately went to work diagnosing the issue with our dishwasher. He was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to take the time to show me all the diagnostics he was going through and explain how things work. He was honest and truly had us in mind to make sure he was fixing it and not just adding more parts and charges. Will definitely be using you guys again, and would love to have Jerry again!
