I made an appointment online for the following day to repair my dryer. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the problem in detail. Reasonably priced for quality work. I highly recommend this company.
Highly, highly recommend. Our dishwasher stopped working correctly. We used Mr. Appliance, who was so thorough, they discovered there had been a small electrical fire UNDERNEATH the dishwasher. Thank God it apparently tripped our circuit breaker so it did not become a huge issue. When it was discovered, the repairman even left our circuit breaker box open after ensuring the switch was turned off to make sure I understood which to leave off while the dishwasher was still connected while we moved to the next steps. We’ve had quite a bit of trouble with our washing machine and dishwasher. Our homeowner contacted Mr. Appliance and Jessica in dispatch got in touch me ASAP. Our appointment was made for the very next morning and Todd “the Fox” called before coming and ordered the part we needed. He came back within a couple days and made the repairs.
