Hyon of Mr. Appliance did a great job at our dryer repair. He was very knowledgeable, super nice, and went the extra mile to clean out the inside of the dryer.
I had an issue with my LG fridge, tenant said it was making noise. Called Mr. Appliance and they had someone go to the rental to diagnose is. It was $139 for diagnosis. The guy gave me a quote of about $1660, saying it needed a new compressor. So I called LG and told them I will be needing a new compressor, they asked if the refrigerator was cooling the good and I said yes. Was a delay because of weather... There was good communication though very happy with transaction dryer is working
I have used Mr. Appliance for many repairs over the 20 years we have lived here. Have always had great service and fair pricing. Until this last time. Service was still good. However, what I thought was going to be a more complicated repair due to a broken part on our fridge, ended up being a simple lightbulb change. I was told not to fix the broken part and charged $278 to change a $25 lightbulb I could have changed myself given the option. $139 was the service call fee. Unfortunate that I called them to repair the sensor on our LG washer lid and they charged me $140 just to tell me what I told them - that the sensor needed to be replaced. They then gave me a price estimate above $450 even through the rest of the machine was working just fine. I called twice to ask them to give me a more reasonable estimate and was told I would be called and got no return calls. Would not recommend and paid $140 for essentially nothing
