Problem water pulling under freezer bottom drawer. Dan had removed the frozen ice x2 but in 2-3 weeks it happened again Dan ( spouse) had to help the technician 90% of the time. Dan took out both freezer drawers he even used the technicians tools. He showed the technician how to take the freezer drawers out for the future(he could not take the drawers out. Mr. Appliance provided us with excellent, professional service on the same day. Our freezer had stopped staying cold. I had tried several fixes that didn't work. The tech came to our house and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was professional, efficient, snd knowledgeable. The fan and coils were frozen solid, probably from a recent power outage. The tech melted the ice and restarted the freezer. It is working perfectly now and back to freezing. We will be calling Mr. Appliance for repairs on our appliances in the future.

I was able to make a same-day appointment and get someone in before lunchtime. Repair was pretty quick and the repairman explained it all to me.
