Terrible experience with this company. Our technician arrived SIX HOURS LATE for our 9-11AM appointment, causing us to cancel and miss other appointments, missed kids’ soccer practice, etc. After arriving late, he had the audacity to tell me he couldn’t finish the job because he “wasn’t going to work until 7.” When I pressed him, he begrudgingly continued to work on the range.
