Bill was great: he fixed the problem and followed up promptly. Only thing I would recommend would be itemized detailed receipts. Otherwise great service, would use again and highly recommend.
Disappointing was my overall experience. Booking a service appointment was easy, and the technician did arrive promptly, but misdiagnosed the issue. I had a faulty dishwasher, and arranged for the technician to come out to my house to look it over. The dishwasher was only a couple of years old and was working perfectly fine a month ago with zero issues.
