From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Booking the appointment online was simple and straightforward. The turnaround time exceeded my expectations. Luke came out on Thursday to diagnose the issue with our washing machine. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. His knowledge and experience were obvious, and he quickly identified the problem. The replacement part arrived on Monday, and Luke was back on Tuesday to complete the repair. I would not recommend this company based on my experience (misdiagnosis with no accountability). The technician diagnosed our dishwasher as having a burnt control board and recommended replacing it. The quoted repair cost was nearly the same as buying a brand-new dishwasher, so we decided to purchase a new one instead. After installing the new dishwasher, we experienced the exact same problem.
