I called Mr. Appliance on Tuesday. They were able to get someone out to me by Wednesday. The gentleman’s name was Mike. Mike was very professional and efficient. On the phone I was told that their technician takes payment at the door for the diagnostic fee before any work begins, but Mike got straight to work as soon as he got here. He fixed my refrigerator in record time and then he collected the payment. I called them to come out and check our washer & dryer out due to a flood in our basement. They were very kind and accommodating. The repair man that came out was very knowledgeable and thorough. I will be recommending them.
