Had an issue with my flat top grill. The owner himself came out, figured out the issue and ordered the part. Had the issue fixed within two days. Very friendly and speedy service.
Service tech was very nice and informed of everything I was getting done. Thank you very much for all your help.
The Mr. Appliance team was great. I called about my appointment when I thought there was a missing call (I was wrong), but they worked with me to make a new appointment. The technician, Nick, was excellent. His diagnosis was thorough and his advice was sound. He finished the job quickly and efficiently.
Arrived at arranged time, could not complete the repair because wrong parts were sent from warranty company. Very pleasant person & not his fault at all!
They did great and answered all my questions.
