By far the worst company I have ever worked with. One of their representatives hung up on me because she believed I had hung up on her earlier. She also refused to connect me with a manager. The technician wouldn’t explain to my manager what the issue was and simply walked out of the store. Both times they came out to clean the ice machine, they failed to fully clean the ice machine.
