Carlos the technician fixed my mom's washer speedy yet in good quality! He was very respectful and kind In fact it was a joy to have him service our appliance. Also, last but not least Frances was a pleasure to talk to on the phone she made it possible to make an appointment for us. Thank you Mr. Appliance has well mannered people that work here.
Carlos quickly replaced the broken ice maker at a reasonable price. From the initial visit to diagnose the problem, to the repair was just a few days. In between I was kept up-to-date, and before each visit, I received a text message and email confirming the appointment and providing a picture of my service tech.Highly recommended!
Whenever I call them, very polite, efficient and excellent service. Carlos has fixed or performed maintenance on my dryer, washer, refrigerator and oven. He is the best!
