I've been a landlord for over 10 years and have used many contractors. Mr. Appliance was easily one of the worst. They came to my tenant's house to look at a broken dishwasher. They told my tenants they will be back in a week, need to get parts. They no call/no show. I called them and they said they were waiting for payment, though they didn't tell my tenant nor myself this. Awesome job, on time and to the penny
Mike did a nice job with the repair. Unfortunately, it took Two weeks to get the repair part and another two when the first one arrived broken, but it all came together in the end.
