Friendly and responsive, but SUPER expensive. I might well have just bought a new washer versus getting it fixed. Going elsewhere after paying diagnostic fee.
The technician came on time. He was very friendly and competent. He figured the refrigerator freezer problem. The drain was clogged and had ice buildup in the freezer. Refrigerator runs a lot quieter now. The trip cost was no more expensive than what other service companies listed on their websites. Total cost was reasonable. Would recommend the company to others.
