Spoke with a person when I called for service information…that’s very unusual and a big plus! The service tech, Benjamin, was thorough and professional. He was clear in explaining the issue and its cause. He was also very clear in explaining any follow up, if needed, and warranties for parts on work completed. Our technician was wonderful and punctual. He diagnosed the problem well and two weeks late was back to repair our stove top. He was professional, skillful, and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Mr Appliance.
First time getting service from them and absolutely hands-down, the best experience I had. Give them a call on a Thursday and Friday they were at my door. They gave me a reasonable timeframe to come in. They showed up ,perform the job and it was everything was flawless A+ service. This will be my to go company from now on!!!
