Can't say enough good things about Shelby, the technician they sent. He got us diagnosed in short order, ordered the parts, came back a couple of days later and got the dryer working in record time. Do yourself a favor and give this guy a raise, Mr. Appliance.

Maytag washer cycle issue. New control stop start module replaced. Scheduler efficient and understanding and most important Tech Jaydee was extremely courteous, efficient and professional in install, and never a doubt of cost or expected completion period. Mr Appliance Deer Park is a winner company and staff.
New post Mar 2026. Tried to post a new review but it kept pulling up the past one from below. Just had Jaydee out to look at my oven which was not heating. He was very polite and professional and was able to replace the part not working. Able to use my oven again tonight. Yea!
