Horrible, technician did not have a clue what is wrong with machine. Then replaced wrong part. Hired a Same Day Appliance repair. He ran some tests and figued out the problem. The tech from Mr. Appliance was on the phone the whole time calling Bosch because he did not know what to do. He holds himself out as a expert but could even run simple diagnoistic test.
