Horrible, technician did not have a clue what is wrong with machine. Then replaced wrong part. Hired a Same Day Appliance repair. He ran some tests and figued out the problem. The tech from Mr. Appliance was on the phone the whole time calling Bosch because he did not know what to do. He holds himself out as a expert but could even run simple diagnoistic test. Really lousy customer service, scheduling is a nightmare, no respect to clients and they lied about calling me back!! Unbelievable. I would not recommend hiring them...
Mr. Appliance has been several times to my home and each time they have always been very professional. They do a great job. Never leave a mess fix what they say they will. I use them everytime.
