The technician was professional, communicated very well, efficient and effective results. They identified the issue with the compressor on my refrigerator and had it replaced in 2 days. Mr. Appliance is definitely a "go to" company in my book!!
Came out to diagnose a double oven issue. First diagnosis off a bit. Sent a second tech and he found issue. They came up with a great solution even on an outdated oven and fixed it perfectly. I never expect perfection but do expect doing all they can to solve and they did. Even guaranteed refund if wrong !
Ken came out and was extremely thorough with diagnosing our LG washing machine issue. Would 100% use them again!
