Warranty expired on my oven so called out Mr. appliance. Very impressed with the level of customer service! Our tech tried the cheapest option to get us back up and running, but unfortunately, we had to replace multiple parts. The tech seemed very knowledgeable. I wish I would’ve got his name so I could add it to the review. Will definitely be referring y’all to anyone who needs an appliance fixed up. Keep up the great work!
Diagnosed problem and cause of failure immediately. Obstruction problem found on new built home by builder and repairs were made before replacement part installed by Mr. Appliance representative. Works perfectly now.
I love it when I get to recommend repair companies. Everett was my repair person. Polite , service oriented person. Showed up looked professional. Took just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong. Got my part ordered on Thursday. Today came and installed the part. In and out in just minutes.knew what he was doing. We appreciated the prompt response to our request for a freezer repair. Mr Appliance was courteous and helpful in emptying contents of freezer. He explained what caused the freezer to fail and explained how we should maintain the freezer to prevent the problem from recurring.
